Dear Everyone,
Hey, guys! In the months that we've been around, it's amazed me how quickly we've gained a fan base. I mean, just the basis of our group-- a news show with various clique members as the anchors-- sounds like a joke. But despite that, you guys have supported us. We can't thank you enough. After all, we exist for you guys, the fans. You're the ones who keep us from getting discouraged when things get tough and make us want to keep doing CNC. We love you all-- the ones who send us fan letters, as well as the ones who just quietly watch us and think good thoughts.
We're getting ready for a big holiday party, as this is written. Tiffani and Charise are making cookies and fudge (although it seems that Tiffani is doing more sampling than necessary). Angela keeps following AJ around with various mistletoe-type decorations and applying lipstick. What a crazy girl! AJ's been watching the Weather Channel, hoping that there'll be snow this year. However, given that Oakdale gets snow maybe once every ten years, that's probably not going to be happening. Cy is busy decorating the tree and putting up everyone's stockings. S is dressed like Santa and has been putting gifts under the tree and making sure no one goes nuts. Ms. Gibson is going through her collection of DVDs, trying to find holiday movies that aren't too sappy. Tacita is getting drunk off of a special batch of eggnog because she claims "'tis the season." Gideon and Sheridon are trying to hide all the alcohol in the house, just in case Tacita goes on another drinking binge. In case you haven't figured out by now, we (Emily and Ophelia) are writing this letter. Well, that, and threatening AJ with "The Nutcracker" whenever he gets too annoying. Ha ha. Well, that's life, right?
Anyway, things have been pretty good, although technical difficulties have temporarily halted production. However, as soon as all the equipment is back in order, we'll be back with more material than you'll know what to do with. We can't wait to get back to making our show!
We love you all! Happy holidays, and best wishes!
